You were correct the MI's were transcribed for St John the Baptist at Chester Record Office.
On checking the index the following were listed as containing the name Massey:
274 Pg 274: Maria Millicent Massey Maddocks (not transcribed, will transcribe if on your tree)
807 Pg 807: Charles Bowker Massey (not transcribed, will transcribe if on your tree)
1153 Pg 107:
Slab on 3 transverses
H.L. Mary Ann, daughter of John and Ann Massey, died 19 May 1821, aged 14yrs.
Also Ann, Thomas, Eliza and Edward, children of the above, who all died young.
Also John, son of above, John and Ann Massey, died 27 December 1848, aged 53.
Ann Massey, mother of above, died 4 October 1854, aged 90years.
1504/90 Pg 157: George Massey, died 27 January 1903, aged 54, buried cemetery.
There was one more Index 1647 7.8.: but incorrect no Massey listed.
Why was father John buried at Overleigh?
Unfortunately, Samuel and Mary Hannah not listed in Index.
