Postcard of a soldier in uniform tidy please
would anyone help with date and rank or regement  think
he could be a motorcycle rider?
any help I would be grateful

Could he have been in the R.A.M.C. Looking at the photo on his left arm is what looks like a circular patch with what looks like a little bit of the red cross on it.  Also on the right sleeve you can just make out the edge of a patch.  Badge looks like right size and shape.....just a thought??

There are quite a number of circular army cap badges with a crown on the top. The RAMC central motif is a serpent which gives the whole badge an open look.  This one seems rather closed and it doesn't look as though it has the motto underneath that an RAMC badge would have.
