Hi, not sure but I think it's the "Queens Royal Regiment", (West Surrey)

I was looking for a horse carrying flag amongst army service badges to try to ID. It'll teach me to look a bit more closer. I'm sure it is the Queen's R Reg cos his brother, though not in uniform was in the same. Thanks again, Frank.

Don't know about a welsh reg......he came from london and most were involved with local reg's. were there any welsh regs in london?

The Welsh 'unicorn' is a red herring.  The cap badge is clearly the Pascal Lamb and flag of the Royal West Surrey Regiment as aleady identified by others.
