Hi,
Check to see if the file sysinfo.ocx is in the folder c:\windows\system32\
If it is, try:
1. Right click on Command Prompt and selected "Run as Administrator"
2. Type in: regsvr32 c:/windows/system32/sysinfo.ocx
3. After running that command, see if it has resolved the problem
