I found this, tho IF it is him he was in Australia before his marriage in the UK.

This could be him as his brother, David Edward Moses, migrated in 1949 (also no records of him post 1956 - see other roots chat forums).

In the newspaper article about David Edward's bigamy it was written that Patricia Rosemary MOONEY was 25 years of age in 1956 ie born c1931.  Rosemary Rae MOSES was 68 years of age in 2008 so born c1940.
