Found on census returns 1851-81, large family. Did he marry Mary Ann Wilson 26 Dec 1843? Who were their parents? I have just received a newspaper clipping-no date- showing a portrait of Joseph presented to Moyse Hall museum. Is it still there? Mr W.M Elliot of 11 Kings Road married one of his daughters. Which one? Joseph was a bill-poster, foreman fireman for Norwich Union & sidesman at St James church. Another rumour is that he ran the Nutshell. An interesting character for some of you to help me with please.
