Improve Image Please

Could anybody please improve this photo. I appreciate it is quite a challenge as the photo is from a newspaper and the quality is dreadful but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sooty,

Try photocopying newspaper article first onto white photcopy paper, as that will remove a lot of imperfections and brown discolouring. You may have to increase or decrease black and white toner to achieve the desired result.

Make sure all creases are removed for the best resolution. That hopefully will give you what you want.
