There is a Charlotte Neal aged 15 in  High Street, Rickinghall Inferior on the 1841 census, but she is a servant in the house of the Phillips, so that doesn't help with her parents.

That must be the right birth for Charlotte - 1881 birthplace is Thelnetham 1825

Thanks everyone for ur help :) um I got the maiden name from my uncle who has previously done a family tree.. There may be a possibility it could be wrong
