Pearl Carr other half of Teddy Johnson/Palmer link to late grandmother.

Hi does anyone have any information on Pearl Lavinia Carr I know her date of birth through the internet google search nov 2nd 1923 and where she was born in Exmouth Devon but Does anyone have any information on her sisters, parents and aunt and uncles. My late Nanna was related to her in some way and not sure exactly how. I think Pearls mum was some relative to my nannas mum. I think Pearls mum was called lily palmer and she was a dancer.I know some part of the family were in the acting industry or dancing industry any help would be grateful. I have come to a dead end trying to find out who pearls mums parents were.

I thought her mothers name was Lilian or Lily I know there was a lily palmer from Newcastle as that's where they came from before moving down to  Devon before Pearl was born but I know she was in the industry of theatre etc. Will have to dig a bit deeper on the census of the palmers that I have got possible could be daughter of Edward palmer as a mary on there on 1911 census aged 20 and also a brother Ernest which I am sure may of been in the industry too.

I had thought both were dead but whilst Googling them I came across a 2012 entry on another site that says they are both still alive.

Whilst their life history may be in the public domain - it is RC policy that the names and details of living persons should not be posted here.

My recommendation is a copy of her birth cert.  Can you print off the info I have posted as I will now have to remove it

Hi ! Pearl Carr is my mother's cousin, My grandmother was Elizabeth Palmer, Pearl's mother's sister. Don't think Lily was her real name. Hope that helps, sorry I don't know Lily's parents names but could possibly find out. Who are you ? Maybe we are related !
