I checked the grave & there is only one baby girl + adults & baby boys.
 
Roseanna Hunt, died Royal Liverpool children's hospital aged 8 months. interred 8/4/1950.

As Blue said, my map also doesn't have an A portion[1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, ]; and as it is public there probably aren't headstones which could identify the date.

Roseanna Hunt was my mums baby sister who died when she was 8 months old. My mum is now 80 and would like to locate where her sister was buried within the cemetery so we can visit the grave. It sounds like a large plot if so many are buried there

this was a just little bit tricky.
Mary Mcintosh is not buried in AE 147, but the deedholder is named as 'Mary K InTosh'
Interred are James Alexander McIntosh died 27 Wolsey St age 54. interred 9/6/1938
Marie McIntosh died 40 Cedar St  southport age 57 int 7/4/1965.

Your Mary McIntosh is in Ford AF 147.Deedholder John Cain 5AC.
Interred are:

Wooooh.... that's a bit of a surprise. The records on Ancestry say clearly she is in AE 147 where her husband and daughter are buried.

Do you have access to any records that might explain why she is in AF147?

she is the deed holder of AE 147, which explains her name being there.
Can't explain the burial in AF 147 , maybe the other occupants are family members

you have me stumped here!
Ford DZ 169 is a public grave with 18 occupants,  all buried 1864.
Bridget Byrne is not included.
However.
The Index shows Bridget Byrne in DZ# 169 interred 24/1/1979. -  with no explanation of the meaning of # after a plot location.
