Hi thankyou so much for that, its helped so much .with their surnames constantly being spelled differently it made them all so hard to find, now to link up all those poor children in P239 with their parents on Find a grave (if/when i can find them).

Arabella Colbeck  she died 28/03/1936 3 City Hospital Netherfield.

Arabella is in public grave SV 1988, she died in Netherfield Road Hospital aged 3 years & was interred on 28/3/1936.

Hope you don't mind me butting in, but I've been trying to suss out how to attempt to find these for myself on Ancestry as I really like to try to understand how things work.
If its anywhere near as difficult for you to supply this info as it is trying to locate the grave owner on Ancestry, then we should all bow down to your kindness, which we do anyway but this exercise has made me doubly appreciative of your willingness to help so many!

Looking at the 3 refs you couldn't help with, I think these may well be the correct refs

Hi Boo,
Don't mind you butting in at all, you always have constructive & helpful advice.
My database is a set of 85 microfiche in 2 parts: index then grave listings.
Get the name from the index, find the grave then transcribe into a table, copy & paste into reply. sounds easy? can be time consuming, I used to write the info then type into the reply but now I take a photo on my phone & then type out.
I could check the index for incorrect requests, & sometimes I'll do that, but that really is up to the poster.(getting a bit lazy in my old age.)
re the 3 incorrect refs, I found the last one but the other 2 were not the correct people. thanks for your help.

Hi, a volunteer on find a grave has uploaded a picture of As 626 in ford. The grave stone mentions Edward Fitzpatrick died 1933 and Anthony Fitzpatrick died 1937. Using the burial records on ancestry I’ve found that Margaret Hibbert died 1938 is buried there. Margaret is the boys Great Auntie , their Grnadmother Ann(sometimes Annie) Murphy who is Margaret’s sister is hard to find a death record of so i was hoping you could look up As 626 in ford for me please- and hopefully shes buried with them.


Some ancestry users have annie down as dying in 1948 and being buried in ford AS 551 but the same volunteer on find a grave  has taken a picture of the stone and it appears to be wrong the Annie (as her children Charles and Georgina are buried with her and the annie im looking for Didn’t have children of that name plus when i looked Charles and Georgina’s births up on the gro index their mother’s maiden name was McGonigal and not Murphy like the Annie im looking for)

I don't think the word 'lazy' could ever possibly describe you! :-)

Sorry that the other two were incorrect but they were in the burial register with those refs so I thought they 'may' be the ones required.
The good news is that the info you have from the fiche for the one that was correct is a match for the grave owner I'd managed to find in the Ancestry database and I hadn't found any other burials in that grave, so at least I am starting to understand about how to firkle round these records.

If it helps Jrb01, the Amelia Ryan who is in the burial register as being interred in EX 258G  on 09/08/1972, died at Aintree Hospital, aged 41.
I'd looked at the daybook entry for grave purchases 09/08/1972 (not sure what its official title would be) which shows that a James Ryan of 9 Browns Lane, paid £25.50 for grave EX 258G

Her death notice, plus multiple tributes from relatives, in the Echo on 05/08/1972 page 4 col 2, show she was the wife of James Ryan of 9 Browns Lane, she had died in hospital and her maiden name was Baccino (which seems to link to the other requests in his post).
