Hi, I don't know if you will be able to look or not but I can't find record on Ancestry but have found an obituary which says a Francis Kelly who died 10th January 1978 was buried in Yewtree Cem on the 18th January 1978. Would you be able to look up the plot or not? if not no worries.

In regards to this i've been looking and as francis did not have a wife I am guessing he went in a family plot. he had a relative Peter Kelly buried in 1962 in yewtree 2E 339

Would it be possible to find what information is available for grave B383 at Ford? I’m looking for information on Michael Neary who was buried in July 1891, but I suspect this is a public grave.

B383 does not exist.
Michael Neary is buried in BZ 383 which is a public grave as you thought. he died at 62 Johnson st aged 53 & was interred on 26/7/1891
