Hi also its a bit of messing I know, but i'm trying to find my Nan's Auntie Ann (sometimes went by Mary Ann) Wallace b. 1879
there is an Mary  Ann Wallace buried in Yewtree in 4A 308 buried 17 May 1943 ( says she was born abt 1880)

there is also a Ann Wallace buried in Ford Cem in Af 97
however the same name and plot appears 3 times on Ancestry one says  she was  buried 27 May 1940 , one says 04 Feb 1942 and one says 23 Nov 1945. I have never seen this before- it gives her address as the same too

If it helps to confirm/discount this one, the death notice in the Echo 13 May 1943 for this lady gives an address of 25 Everton Terrace, her name is Mary Ann (Polly) and was the wife of the late Sergt Major William Henry Wallace, another notice the next day confirms she was to be buried at Yew Tree

If you look at the column headings on the image Ann Wallace is listed as the grave owner. This appears to be some sort burial order ledger rather than an entry of a burial.

one says 04 Feb 1942

again though I'm unsure about the purpose of this ledger, this name appears as the grave owner and does not appear to be a burial entry

and one says 23 Nov 1945. I have never seen this before- it gives her address as the same too

same as the other two, she is the grave owner and this is not a burial entry

Did you check the 1939 Register for this address? You may be able to confirm or deny from there if its the lady/ family you are looking for.
