Hi Could you please look up a grave for me.  It is AS1353 Ford Cemetery.  Ada Mary Moore was buried on the 17/5/1924, aged 5 months.  I don't know if this is a public grave or not.  Is anyone else buried with her.

Ada is buried in plot SJ 1353, which unfortunately is a public grave.
She died at Grafton Street Hospital aged 5 months and was interred on 17/5/1924

17.10.1888 Mary Walsh grave 2516 both aged in their 40's, public graves?

You guessed right - both are in public graves, and to make it worse there is no place of death for either.
Mary Walsh SV1936, interred 21/10/1886 aged 41 years.
Mary Walsh SV 2516, interred 17/10/1888 aged 46 years.
