Wow  thank you so much for sending me the details for Grave 2A 233. With your help I have been able to find the resting place of my Gt. Aunt Catherine.

Thank you for your time, much appreciated.

Hi there Marienne

Whenever you have time, please would you look and see what info there is for Grave 1a 286 in Ford Cemetery,
I believe there is a Joseph DONNERY buried 07 September 1931  and his wife Mary DONNERY buried 07 March 1932.

I am assuming that Mary would have been the original deed holder, but would be interested to know if there were any other burials in this plot.

as an aside, what is the date range of the records you have? Do they match the ancestry database of 1813-1988 or do they carry on after 1988?

Thanks

Boo

And, utterly off topic,
but it really made me smile

I have just looked at the 1911 census for these people.
Listed in the (quite small) house were no less than FOUR Mary Donnerys
1 Mum Mary Donnery (the one who died in 1932)
2 her daughter Mary Donnery , who was only 1 (not in this grave)
3 her Ma in law Mary Donnery (the one who died in 1929)
4 her sis in law Mary Donnery (not in this grave)

:-) a bit of imagination in the naming stakes wouldn't have gone amiss!

Boo

Can someone help me in identifying where my 2nd Great Uncle could be buried? Joseph Carson was buried at Ford Cemetery, from Liverpool Workhouse aged 28, on 14 October 1888 grave 2508.  I can see that at least one other unrelated person was also buried there and I can presume it's a paupers grave.  I've noticed the map of Ford Cemetery but can't work out where the unmarked grave might be.

Very grateful for any advice
