Eliza Emily Sear (Eustace)

Hi there
I have looking for some help in trying to find a date of death for my Great Grandmother Eliza Emily Sear (Eustace)  She was born 1879 Wigginton Herts.
Husband was Walter Charles Sear Born 4 Jan 1885 Ludlow, Shropshire.
I have been told by my mother that after her family moved out to Australia they had no contact with this side of the family for some reason that she was never told of.
She was told that Eliza was buried in the Wigginton church cemetery but I have no way that I know of to confirm or deny this. 
Any help will promote you to hero in my eyes

 I see    Walter C Sears   dies in 1967   Berkhampsted aged  82  and  the  family  seem to be   in The UK  for 1911 census(April 2)

I can't see  them   on  any  Passenger  lists  ,  so   maybe  'moving to  Australia'  , was    a story   to  cover up  something !    I  suppose   she  may be buried  in  Wiggington Cemetery ,   but  as it was  war years   , I  can't  see   any  undertakers    moving bodies  around  from Exeter to Herts   for  burial  ,   Petrol   at that time was   far too precious to  do that !

Sorry for the confusion about the australian reference as that was too my Mother and family moving to Australia not Eliza and Walter.
I wonder if she is buried in Wigginton then.  I may have to come and have a look one day

£2226 in 1941 is a huge amount of money (eqiv of 10 semi-detached)
As a wife of a "Paper Sorter" and one-time "Labourer for a Pork Butcher", extremely low wages, where did that come from?

Eliza's sister works for Apsley (Dickinsons) Paper Mills
Presumably as a Paper Sorter he is (still) there (Hemel Hempstead) when Eliza dies in Devon

The houses there don't appear to worth the £2200.

Maybe she had "taken up" with somebody else?
Unfortunately there are no Electoral Rolls during the war - maybe the 1938 or 1939 would be helpful?
