I need help Francis Langford Lane born abt 1880 according to Carr Villa, Cemetery Records, he died 22/4/1965 at 85 years Francis married in Tasmania in 1909 to Lily Moore under Langford - Lane in the Australian Electoral rolls in 1914  Launceston North, Bass, Tasmania under Francis Henry Langford with his wife Lily Rebecca
I cannot find any birth for a Francis Lane or Francis Langford or any Shipping Records maybe I am looking at wrong
His Father should have been a Lane and Mother Langford maybe
If someone could help I would be so appreciated

Perhaps his marriage reg has been mistranscribed as LANE as the births are in the name of LANGFORD-LANE

Looks as though the above may have died in England in 1901.

What other information do you have about the LANGFORD-LANE/LANGFORD/LANE family in Tasmania?  Did Francis have siblings?  It is possible IF he was born in Tas that his birth may not have been registered.

Thank you so much there is a Kevan Michael Joseph born abt 1922 grandfather I was also looking at the birth in England I saw that but not sure. They are there in the 1891 England Census Francis  age 10 years but not there in the 1901 census well that means shipping records to either Victoria or Tasmania maybe father died  and mother's remarried Lane
In the 1914 Electoral Rolls you notice above there is Alfred Lane living near where Francis lives
So I am looking for  a shipping record.

We have nothing only Francis Henry was great grandfather. The family thought they were Irish
