on attached record??

I am seeing "Thomas the son of Thomas of " then the words dissappear. Then "John the son of Thomas Yates".

The clipping may be too small to see the whole entry in context.

I daresay it is the middle entry (a marriage) which knowlite needs deciphering.

It is tricky, but I would go for "Vall. Thewes", probably an abbreviation of the name Valentine.

If you go with Vall as in the Family Search result marrying Mary Eluins, then there is a Valentyne Thew born 1623 in Lincolnshire.  However Vall. is still rather questionable isn't it.

Interestingly, the Rowington IGI batch P010631 has a Valentine HEWES bap in 1649, also various children of Valentine HUES (and variations, things like EALS) bap there c1620. :)
