"...Peter McCool -POB-Coraine, Ireland Married Hannah McCool McCool Had one daughter that I am aware of..."
According to 1911 census there were 6 children (all living in 1911)- 2 are with the parents, Peter and Cassie (possibly Catherine):
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Donegal/Altnapaste/Corraine/507200

In 1901 there are 4 of their children in the household- Mary Anne, Peter, Cassie, James:
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Donegal/Altnapaste/Corraine/1197389

If this is the same Cassie McCool then it looks like her brother Peter/Patrick went to New Zealand:
"Probate of the Will of Peter otherwise Patrick McCool late of Kinaderry County Donegal Private New Zealand Forces who died 9 June 1917 in France granted at Londonderry to Cassie McCool Spinster."

Margaret (1874) https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/F5JT-3FV
Mary (1876) https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FPTZ-P2X
Peter (1879) https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FRW8-4XD

If you click on the link you'll see that Peter and Hannah are the parents of Peter and Cassie.
