does Inverurie cover different villiages & towns please

Inverurie is a parish, and also the town of the same name which is in the parish. There are no other towns in the modern sense in the parish of Inverurie, but there are various farms in the rural part of the parish. The only place bigger than a single farm is Burnhervie.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
