Heads chopped off - please can anything be done to help?

Another one - the photographer has chopped the heads off - don't know if it's possible to put them back on??

I'm just an observer here and enjoy seeing the work done on photo restorations. But I have to say, you have done an outstanding job on those two men. I wonder though, if they would have been happier with more hair
