Her birth was registered as being at 3 Great York Street on 3 April 1843. On the 26th June 1843 she was baptised at St Leonards Shoreditch and the address recorded was recorded as York Street?
Great York Street (aka York Street) was partly in Bethnal Green and partly in Shoreditch. It ran north/south between Church Street and Anchor Street, parallel with Shoreditch High Street. See the bottom left-hand corner of this map square, where it is labelled York Street.
http://mapco.net/cary1837/cary21b.htmChurch Street is now Redchurch Street, E1. Most of the small streets to the south of it have now gone.
In 1843 St Leonard Shoreditch would have been the nearest Anglican church for the baptism. You'll see it marked on the same map, a little to the north, at the junction of Shoreditch and Hackney Road.
