Ah - he died in Australia .....believe it or not - tho I am in Australia I am unaware if Aussie death certs have this info.
I have not - so far - ventured into Aussie genealogy.

Does anyone else know the answer to this?

I don't know what state he died in but a quick google search for 'what information is on an Australian death certificate' revealed this
