Help with Monumental Inscription - Believe it may be in Latin

This is a monumental inscription located in Chalgrove Church, Oxfordshire - it is to a Francis Markham - but appears to be in Latin.   Any help with a translation of what it says would be appreciated.

The monument is not in an easy place to photograph this is a reduced copy of the best I have at present.

Sorry I can't help with the Latin (although I think it says he was born in Lincolnshire), but it might help you to know that Mr Francis Markham was vicar of Chalgrove with Berwick Salome between 1664-66. Info from the CofE database:

Not sure about some of the 'honorific' stuff, but I think it basically says ...

In this tomb lies Francis Markham
from a noble family in the county of Lincoln
educated in a most illustrious academic college(?)
devoted his life to the glory of God and well-being of man
in this church and in nearby Berwick.
Died in his 45th year on 30 June 1668.

daughter of John Whorwood of Mansfield in the county of Nottingham, Gentleman,
unhappy widow of the deceased
had this monument built as a memorial to her most devoted husband ...
On 20 October 1679, aged 55,
after a life of good deeds
she willingly joined her husband in the marble tomb

Hopefully someone else will come along and improve it.
