1973 address look-up

Would someone be kind enough to check the electoral registers for 1973 or thereabouts.   I have found a letter sent to an elderly relative who has since died.   It was signed Julia and the address was 6 Hamilton Road, Wimbledon, London sw19.   If I can find the surname of the people living there it will help with my research in Ireland where the family were born.

It appears to be Albert C Phair living there in 1965.
All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

Wimbledon is covered by Merton Local Studies who should have street directories and electoral rolls. Most Local Studies Libraries will do quick lookups for free -- e-mail address at that link.
Researching Penge, Anerley, (including the Crystal Palace) and neighbouring parts of Beckenham, currently in London (Bromley), formerly Surrey and/or Kent.
