I see the poorer quality of some of these that you mentioned youngtug. I agree with those who've speculated that the majority of these look like professional photographs, and it would be wonderful to find out who took them. Has anyone alerted our Armed Forces board about these photos?

Has anyone alerted our Armed Forces board about these photos?

I haven't but will do so. I wasn't sure wether to post them here or one of the armed forces boards but I thought with the WW1 heading it might catch their eye, whereas if it was on the armed forces boards it would restrict the audience a little.

Yes, I think a link to this thread on the Armed Forces board would be a good idea. There may be someone who can pop over to ID some of the locations or people. :)
