Mystery army photograph
« on: Tuesday 23 April 13 20:03 BST (UK) »
Hi
Attached is a photograph found in an old Photograph box. I am afraid to say that we know nothing about it, we don't even know which of the group is connected to the family. I was wondering if anyone would be able to estimate a date it was taken or what regiment it is.
Many thanks for looking
Andy

It looks between the wars and judging by the uniforms in India or the Middle East. Can you enlarge the officer?

Are you able to do a higher res scan of the photo? It is a little small to be able to see the details clearly.

A high res close up of the officer's collars to see the collar dog
And a high res close up of the trophy - which may well have an inscription on it
An you may as well post a high res scan of the whole photo while you are there ;)
