To start with the easier bits, I think the phrase on the 2nd and 3rd lines may be "utri[us]q[ue] de Rothwell" - "both of Rothwell".
And continuing from there, "matrimonio manus coniunxerunt" - "joined their hands in marriage".
That leaves the names - Willmus Akeroyd is easy enough, then Margaretta ?? A transcript I have gives her surname as Linack, and comparing it with the rest of the image, this might be correct, though it's not a name I've ever come across.
One more thing: "January" doesn't actually appear in the extract you provided, but the transcript includes it at the start of the entry, which suggests it's somewhere off the top edge before the year.
