electoral roll look up BRIGHTON

Hi would someone please be able to look up this address in Brighton for me to see the names of who were living there.
Flat 1,
Chichester Terrace,
Brighton.

An envelope i have is dated 1953 so a couple of years either side would be muchly appreciated.

If you would be happy with a look up in a street directory (1949 or 1957),  I need which number Chichester Terrace, for almost every house was divided into flats.  There was also Chichester House in Chichester Terrace, Lord Hugh Seely Sherwood JP lived in flat one there.   Roy G

Thankyou Roy, unfortunately I don't think they are the names of anyone to do with me. They must have been there in between the dates you have looked
