Wish I could find William and Frances in 1861, but here's Elizabeth, living on her own and with her full place of birth in 1891 :

~~~~~~~~~~
1891 census :
RG12/4028, Folio 66, Page 4
Yorkshire, Exelby, Leeming and Newton Parish
Leeming
Elizabeth Webster, h, unm, 80, b. Yorkshire, Thornton Steward
~~~~~~~~~~

An awful lot of trees on Ancestry would disagree with me, but see what you think anyway.

 :) :)

Hello again, just found your other request here :

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,641599.0.html

Please help! I am looking for my gggg grandmother Ann Webster's birth and parents. From the 1841 and 51 census I believe she was born in 1785 in Thornton Watlass. She married John  Webster in Bedale in 1805. any information is greatly appreciated!

Hoping you've managed to read my reply ?  :) :)

I didn't have a death date for Ann, the one you found looks like it is hers. I have other family members in St John Leeming records. I found Ann in the 1841 and 1851 censuses (same ones you posted)but not the 1861, so the death would match that. I have Frances Webster Seymour as part of the family but not an Elizabeth. However with what you have found, it looks like they are sisters. And it very well could be the piece that links me with the John and Ann married in Thornton Steward instead of the John and Ann married in Bedale. I will do some more digging. The more i dig the more questions I find. Hopefully i will find the answers soon. Thank you for all your help! I think you have found the piece i had been missing.
