No I dont think you have the wrong couple ,but they do go to live in Yorkshire and return to Colne for the childrens baptisms,

Hello All,

I've been looking into this again and I think I may have found a birth for Susannah/Susy Horsefield.

20 September 1803 in Luddenden, West Yorkshire. Parents William and Grace.

It's about 16 miles from Colne, where she married John Baldwin. It's about 7 miles from where she ended up living with John Baldwin on the 1841 census.

It's the only other birth record I've turned up that seems to fit. It's interesting to me because the name on the birth record is Susy and that's what name she goes by in the 1841 census.

Anyone else think this might be a good fit?
