Hi There
Could anybody help me please I am trying to trace a Amelia Caroline Matthews born around 1864. I know she got married on 22nd oct 1882 to a Francis Goodwin in Newington Surrey and her dad is called William Matthews but this is all I have to go on from familysearch site. I am trying to trace her in 1871 but I have come stuck can anybody help me please to locate her.

Hi again,
Don't know if this will help,but ive seen an Amelia C Goodwin living in Hendon,Middlesex in the 1891 census?

1871 census, take a look at RG 10 / 518 / 24 / 44
Do you have her marriage certificate? If so, what was her father's occupation?

Amelia Caroline Goodwin was born in Old Ford. Married to Francis Edwin Goodwin. Old Ford is an area in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Hi Jen no sorry dont have marriage cert was trying to avoid buying that I have found one possible person in 1871 but her first name down as Caroline Matthews with a dad being William I have been through all the list of Amelia C Matthews and all Caroline A Matthews and this is only one I found a bit more research to do I think
