  I think a moderator will remove your e-mail address to protect you from spamming.

  Mike was suggesting that you send him a PM (personal message) with your e-mail address.  To do this just click on the little right circle under his username.   There are 2 circles - the one on the left has a person inside and the one on the right has a paper scroll inside.  Click on the one with the paper scroll inside and it will open a new window and you can send a personal message (that will not be seen by everyone else)
