Search: Riebold(t), Reibold and perhaps Bryson
« on: Monday 18 March 13 16:33 GMT (UK) »
Hi!
Sorry I speak very bad english.

I´m looking for my relatives in New Zealand.
She was born as Marie or Maria Rieboldt on the island of Ruegen.
The birth could be the 12th October 1926.

She was probably a teacher and married to a british soldier. His family name is perhaps Bryson.

The names of her parents were Karl and Minna Rieboldt.
The brothers were Paul and Peter.

Thanks for your help!
Best regards from Hamburg, Germany
Franziska

Both Maria and her husband David Alan Bryson are buried in the Havelock North Cemetery

Thanks for the great response, Janette!
Can I somehow find out if David Alan Bryson was a british soldier?
Do you perhaps?

Hi,

They first appear on the 1972 Electoral Roll for Lyttelton, Canterbury then 1978/1981, Hastings, Hawke's Bay.

This will give an approximate time for when they were in New Zealand.

Cheers
