but quite easily traced in census and baptism records,
Maud is not at home in later census,so where is she

Joseph's details in 1911 are the same, Jane Ellen Brodie dies in 1903.

radcliff: thank you so much for what you have found..i do hope its the right track as ive hit a brick wall with this one i will purchase the marriage cert asap then go on from there and will let you know regards

Joseph Brodie married Maud Stuart in 1905 Reg. Office Preston, it was his second marriage as in 1901 his wife is Jane Ellen aged 31.

Jane Ellen Brodie died in 1903 aged 33.
