This is the sort of enquiry that drives us crazy!!............how long is piece of string??
I am a very experienced and meticulous Derbyshire researcher and i have no idea what i'm looking for because you give no indication of what you're looking for............

The Melbourne Parish records give the following:-

JOHN COLLYER son of Samuel..a shoemaker..married ELIZABETH SNOW at Melbourne 30.09.1849..one of the witnesses was Mary Snow...............the only one of their children who was actually baptised in Melbourne was MARIA..born Kings Newton baptised Melbourne 10.10.1858..I also have the Stanton by Bridge records..will get back to you.

Have just found a baptisem for ANNE COLLYER daughter of John and Elizabeth (John a shoemaker) dated 25.01.1752.............I suspect that might be 1852.......easily checked.

The only Collyer child baptised at Stanton by Bridge..son of John (shoemaker) and Elizabeth (maiden name Snow).....is JOHN COLLYER born 18.02.1850..baptised 24.03.1850

.....if you give some indication of what it is you're looking for..we can proceed further.......

Derek.
Willing to research Derbyshire ancestors (free of charge) have a large number of derbyshire parish records. and access to many others including full Census including 1911....
