Sarah Jane Elliott-Burial or cremation?

Looking for a cremation or burial site for my great grandmother who died 18/3/1911 at the royal infirmary liverpool. Address at time of death was wavertree road liverpool,any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Hi....have you tried looking for a death notice in the local paper?

As you know the date of death - an email to Liverpool Library asking them to have a look for you might just do it!

It usually gives details of the funeral.  Then you can contact the cemetery office (usually all records are kept together in one place nowadays) and with the dates they should be able to give you the grave plot no.

hi thanks for the help.
I have e-mailed liverpool library archives, however they are under going refurbishment and wont be back on line till spring. So will have to look along another avenue for the time being.
I live in Australia so will have to wait a while.
