Stay strong mate
SPIRITS INTERTWINED
Don’t be sad because she’s gone, don’t surround yourself with gloom.
Just think, she’s right outside the door and in another room.
Her memories are in your heart, those memories you’ll hold dear,
and whilst you have them, remember that she is always near.
Sometimes life seems unfair and then we often wonder why,
things are so cruel and hard to take and we suffer and cry.
But everything in life is planned; we have but to endure.
We may not know the answers but God does that’s for sure.
A much loved life now taken, and now her dreams are gone.
Her family is shaken and wondering what went wrong.
True, time will heal the sorrow and time will dull the pain
and one day you will hold her close in loving arms again.
This is something that I believe, and want to share with you,
to try to ease your sorrow and stop you feeling blue -
your Margaret would surely hate to see you all this way
she'd be wishing you rainbows, and glorious sunny days.
You might think of her when you see daisies, or red balloons
or recall her sweet voice singing, when your ears hear that tune.
She is still everywhere with you, in your heart, soul and mind.
Speak of her often, let memories and spirits intertwine.
