Need lookup for England Barrack Sergeant mid1800s.

Is anybody able to look up the records of my relative, Edward Tuttle Gavin, born abt 1807-08, Duncannon Ireland, Barrack Sergeant? In 1851 he was at Chester Castle, Cheshire, 1857 in Kensington Calvary Barracks and 1861 he was at Kensington Palace until 1870. Wife Amelia Gavin (Partington)
I need his army records.

Most army records are at Kew.
