Marriage of Effie and Sydney on this site - to order the certificate it's only about $12.00.

Sidney and Effie are on the 1916 Saskatchewan census with Cecil, Gordon and Howard.  Sidney and Effie are both shown born in Ontario.  He is 39 and she 30.

Birth of Sidney Bellamy July 17, 1876 Bowmanville, Durham, Ontario s/o John Bellamy and Jane Lavell.  Brother Lewis Norman b. 21 Jun 1878.

This might tie in with the marriage from FreeBMD of John Bellamy to Jane Lovell Jun 1869 Tavistock.

There seemed to be 2 Effie Byers born in Ontario.  Effie May d/o George and Eliza (Annie in census) died 29 Oct 1907 at London, Middlesex.

Effie, d/o Robert and Sarah is on the 1891 census in Darlington, Durham, Ontario and by the 1901 census the family had moved west to Carievale, Saskatchewan.  Siblings to Effie on the 1901 census are Edgar, Pearl, Lillian, Nellie.

Have you looked at the Resource board to find the links to the sites for the census that you can search for free from Library and Archives Canada and also automatedgenealogy.
