possibility for Teresa's 2nd marriage from the BMD Index :

  Name: Teresa Craven
  Registration district: Dublin North
  Event type: Marriage
  Quarter and year Apr-Jun 1883
  Volume : 2 / Page: 481

Also on the same page is a Terera Butterley, and a John Sheridan. Second marriages often listed maiden surname and surname from any previous marriages, and indexed under both.

It's the right area for Santry, and fit's with the children's births listed in the other thread. If it's correct  this further narrows down the timeframe for William's death, making this one the most likely :

  Name: William Butterly
  Registration district: Dublin North
  Event type: Death
  Quarter and year: Jan-Mar 1878
Reported Age:   44  (est. year of birth 1834)
  Volume:   2 / Page :   448

There are a few Craven entries on Griffith's a bit closer to the city at Margaret's Civil parish and a possible baptism for Teresa on the pay-website at RootsIreland. Based on the free index search it appears that the baptism took place in 1841 in Clontarf RC parish with parents Patrick & Mary. If that 2nd marriage for Teresa mentioned earlier is correct then you check if this baptism fits based on her father's name on the cert.

No sign that I see of the marriage of William and Teresa on the RootsIreland index in any of the Dublin, Meath or Louth parishes. The only matches showing up for a William Butterley baptism around the correct time are in Co. Dublin and Meath. Both are a little earlier than that death would suggest and in 1828. It may be that both his baptism and the marriage took place in a parish where the records start slightly too late, or are not currently included on RootsIreland.
