Hi Giblet ... Well well well ... I think that you have found her C1871.  On the C1861 it just shows that Maria was born Worcestershire and daughter Mary, then aged 7, also born W
Found Maria's son Joshua in, I think, a boarding school C1871

Do we have a marriage year for George Bint and Margaret in VIC?

The person who posted this is all tucked up in bed sleeping, i think she is from England.

No, I haven't found as yet a marriage of a George Bint to a Margaret Ryan in Victoria
Only the birth of Letitia Bint in 1872 with above parents names

Hi G.  Well there's an idea ... and if so, wonder if daughter Letitia knew    :o

Well, that was an interesting hunt   ...  anyhow, I am hot on the trail of tracking down the father of my great grandmother and think I may have found him in Scone ... Problem is, her mother wasn't married to him at the time of her birth, he was married to someone else  >:(  and there is no father's name shown on her BC, of which she has two  ???  but she did give his name and occupation when she married ...

Been fun doing 'ping pong' researching with you.  Regards Bonnie
