Which Highland Regiment?

Could anyone help me identify this Highland Regiment, please?  Or anything about the young men?The photo could have been taken during the Boer War or WW1, and whether it was taken in Scotland, England or South Africa, I can't tell.

Your soldiers are from  the Canadian Scottish Regiment (Princess Mary's) formed in 1914.
