Does anyone have any links to any of these families?

McLeod - Methlic, St Nicholas, Monquhitter
Watson - Monquhitter
Black - Old Machar

I have Joseph Watson who was born c 1814 New Deer, but from the births of his children was in Monquhitter by 1860. The Watson children's births are as follows:

Joseph - 8 Jul 1846 Lonmay
James - 11 Feb 1849 Lonmay
William - 24 Jan 1853 Rathen
Alexander - 27 May 1856 Rathen
John - 14 Jan 1859 Rathen
Frederick Stewart - 23 Nov 1860 Monquhitter
Henry Mitchell - 1 Dec 1864 Monquhitter
Mary Jane - 10 Sept 1867 Monquhitter

In the 1881 Census he was at Corsehill, Monquhitter with his wife Margaret Milne and last child Mary Jane, aged 16. He died10 June 1886 at Wagglehill, Monquitter. ( M.I. no58 in the ANESFHS Monquhitter booklet).

I have info on son Joseph and descendants.

Hi i have a Jane Black that married Peter Milne in 1795, their son was John but i cannot find any other siblings , they were from the Inverurie Aberdeen area. I am researching from Australia   Kim

I have a Jane Mcleod married to William Albiston in 1828 but no other information before that.  She was born in 1806.

Henry Mitchell Watson of Wagglehill Monquhitter was my grandfather by adoption. I have some information on his descendants if it is of any interest to you.
If you have any information on his siblings as listed by Trishmac I would be interested in hearing it. I am particularly interested in a niece of Henry's named Mary Anderson - she was in Insch and Aberdeen in 1920 and probably born between 1880 and 1905.
