The Annie who is with John Brown in the 1911 census had a daughter Minnie before she was with him. (Illegitimate). Their marriage IF it occurred would have been between 1909 and the census. Strangely they claim to have been married 10 years on census - this is very unlikely. Could have been a convenient arrangement as they both had children.
