My dad, who passed away when I was younger, was at Borstal in Kent when he was younger. Is there any way to find these records?

Boys Borstal was actually in Borstal Rochester which is part of Medway I remember it when I was a kid, it gave it's name to the Borstal reform system. I would contact Medway Archives they do have a website Medway City Ark
