Marriage for John and Emily Hill

Hi there,
I am really stuck on finding a marriage for John and Emily Hill in 1894 plus or minus 1 year. They would have got married in Essex, probably Romford as John was living in Prospect Place Cottages in Romford at the time. Can anyone help?!  :)

From what I can see John Hill married an Emily Radley in the West Ham District in the Jul/Aug/Sep quarter of 1894.Volume 4a Page 282.This looks like Emily Radley in 1871-RG10/1641/157/8.

This looks like John Hill in 1881-RG11/1814/116/4.
