I ventured to the library today.  Tamworth doesn't hold St Paul, Fazeley anyway.  Unless Pinetree comes back with an MI, then I will check the parish register for St Paul when I go to Lichfield Archives next week, although if GENUKI is correct I will only, possibly, find Thomas.

I did check Wilnecote Cemetery - both Old and New - and there is no sign of the Buxton family there, or Robina.

Maybe it's me, but I can't find any trace of Jane's death registration in 1912.  Certainly not under Tamworth, or even Staffordshire.  :-\

Historical Directories do have an entry - 1870 Harrod & Co's Directory of Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland and Staffordshire - image 848

Samuel Buxton, Esq
Thomas Buxton, Esq surgeon

Samuel Buxton's name also appears as a Bleacher.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Thank you both. I had that death reference, but it's good to see that someone else agrees with me  ;)

Thank you also for having a look in the library, BumbleB. Much appreciated.

Well it looks as if this is your Robina, she is buried in the churchyard of St Paul's Fazeley with her half brother Thomas BUXTON.  The MI reads:

Thomas BUXTON who died June 26th 1916 aged 59
Robina Steele WADDELL died December 21st 1936 aged 87.

Thomas above (MRCS) also has a stained glass window in the Church dedicated to his memory.

Other BUXTONs buried at Fazeley:

Lizzie died 2 Aug 1863 aged 4 and Jeannie died 27 Jul 1875 aged 13 daughters of Thomas and Jeannie.

Samuel died 29 Aug 1876 aged 71 and wife Hannah died 3 March 1877 aged 70

Thomas died 24 Sep 1880 aged 68 and wife Jeannie Morrison BUXTON died 22 January 1912

Hope this helps.

Many thanks, Pinetree, that is extremely helpful.

I very much appreciate everyone's help with this.
