Am I in the right place for a look up on one Theresa Monica Pyett who was convicted of assault in 1929 in NSW? As listed in the NSW Police Gazette records 1854-1930 on Ancestry. If you are able to supply details or point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.

Claud Elmer Dart, charged with assaulting a 15-year-old girl on Merewether Beach on January 15, was sentenced at Newcastle Quarter Sessions by Judge White to 12 months imprisonment with hard labour. It was stated that Dart enlisted at 14 years of age for service with the Australian Navy during the war.
