Does anyone know if you have to register with FindMyPast.ie to search, or are you able to search the Irish records through the .co.uk site? Or can anyone get access to Irish records whether registered or not? Also, time wise, is it 24 hours access or just Thursday daytime Irish time?  ;)

It sounds interesting ...

but is there anything that isn't on Familysearch already?
or are these the actual records, not just the indexes?
